This course is for those who have already completed the Beginner course and/or have the basic Italian language structures.
By the end of this course you will be able to communicate in Italian using richer sentence structure. 

You will know how to talk about art, books, to complain at the restaurant, in a hotel or at the museum,  to say your opinion about work, food and traditions, to use a wide variety of expressions and idioms.

Unit 1
The perfect plan

Speaking about Italian best destinations at the seaside and at the mountain. Buying tickets at the train station.

Unit 2
An horrible holiday

Recounting an unfortunate holiday, and travel accidents, asking for help in the Italian territory.

Unit 3
Complain
about a service

Dealing with issues at the restaurant, in a shop, a hotel and a museum; describing the problems and your concerns. 

Unit 4
Italian architecture 

Understanding a description of a historical monument, using numbers for places and objects' ages, learning about some of the most famous Italian architects, by using architectural words.

Unit 5
News and crime 

Understanding the daily news and talking about crime facts and unusual situations. Reporting a theft to the authorities.

Unit 6
The work environment

Speaking about work and explaining your strengths and weaknesses. Expressing your opinion about yourself.

Unit 7
Books

Asking for help from a shop assistant in a bookshop. Talking about literature, writers and cultural events.

Unit 8
The right museum for me

Understanding a museum guide, the art pieces descriptions and the Italian museum rules.

Unit 9
Made in Italy

Speaking about famous and historical Italian products that changed the world and the trends.

Unit 10
Sport

Booking a sports experience in Italy, understanding the instruction from a trainer. Learning about Italian sports tourism.
