Cancellations

Please note, students who cancel within 48 hours of their lesson will be charged for the lesson.

The lesson may be rescheduled if reasonable notice (at least 48 hours) is provided and only at the discretion and availability of the school calendar. 

If a paid lesson occurs during the holidays, the package will be paused and the lessons will resume following the holiday period. If you cancel a lesson at the last minute you will lose your lesson. You need to inform the school via email at least 48 hours beforehand.
